Custom Training Plan
I create a custom training plan for you to reach your goals. There is no guarantee, but it is based on sports science and the many years of experience I had being coached, many racing victories, and helping others achieve their goals. The reality is anything can happen good or bad on race day. I've had great race experiences and also things that happened beyond my control. I prepare you for how to deal with the unexpected.
I'm not a doctor, a physical therapist, or a nutritionist, but I am a professional running coach that can help you through issues during training. I'll suggest you see a specialist for injuries or for customized dietary needs. I'll also share with you what has worked for myself and others regarding training, rest, nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
Race Day Strategy
The during-race insights I give you on strategy, pacing, nutrition, etc. are well worth your personal investment.
